Estimated delivery dates
Delivery estimates on listing pages are not reflective of all seasons and services. Any date listed should be considered an ESTIMATE and not a promise or guarantee of delivery by a certain date.
Postal Service: All shipping services come with insurance. Priority Mail does NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Priority Express is the only method that guarantees delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage.
The customer is responsible for all insurance claims on packages.
Lead time on Slate and Bottles/Tumblers: Unless otherwise noted on a listing, most engraved products are made to order. Lead time depends on the current order queue. The Holiday season and sales will extend lead time.
Lead Time on Leather: Unless otherwise noted on a listing, most leather is made to order. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Choosing a faster shipping method does not reduce the time in making your order. If you'd like your leather order rushed, please contact us ahead of placing an order for availability and pricing.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
